The LTMS VPA Orchestra, which consists of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders performed at the Morning Pointe East Retirement Home on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018. These students did a wonderful job, and had quite the audience!
The 7th and 8th grade LTMS Orchestra gave a wonderful performance yesterday at Fredrick Douglass High School! Congratulations to all of these students for receiving all distinguish on their performance and in sight-reading!
6th grade did an excellent job as well receiving an overall distinguish at assessment on Wednesday! I am extremely proud of all the orchestra students! Enjoy your spring break!

The LTMS Orchestras gave a wonderful performance last night with the chamber orchestra at Transylvania University! Shout out o Mrs. Conley for coming to the concert to support her students; we really appreciate it! The Orchestras will be performing next week for the KMEA Orchestra Assessment!

Our orchestra students performed at the KMEA District 7 Solo & Ensemble Event this past Saturday at Fredrick Douglass High School. They prepared a solo or duet to perform in front of a judge for a rating, and our students did a great job! Below are the results from the event; congratulations to your child!
